If you believe a link was shared, exposed, or accessed by an unauthorized person, notify us immediately at techsupport@invisionweb.ca or through the chat icon in the Portal.
We may suspend, replace, or revoke access links at any time for security reasons.

The Portal may display invoices, billing details, and payment-related information for convenience.
Portal invoice display does not replace the underlying service agreement, quote, or written billing terms unless explicitly stated.
If there is a discrepancy between Portal content and a signed agreement or approved quote, the governing agreement/approved quote controls.

We aim to keep the Portal available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Portal may be unavailable from time to time due to:
- Maintenance

- Technical issues
- Hosting/provider outages
We may modify or discontinue Portal features at any time.
7. Security and Monitoring
To protect clients and our systems, we may monitor Portal usage, logs, and technical activity for security, fraud prevention, operational diagnostics, and audit purposes. We may apply automated abuse-prevention and rate-limiting controls (including IP-based protections) to Portal chat, messaging, and related features to protect service availability and security.
Unauthorized access attempts or misuse may result in access restriction and, where appropriate, legal action.
